Staff is so professional especially Camille. They are always polite and very helpful. My application and move in process was very quick and easy. They will help you with any complications if help is needed. They made sure to give me a call for any changes before hand. Highly recommend this place.

The property manager Ms.M & Ms. Shawn the assistant are both very polite, welcoming, and respectful. They get back to you faster than other apartments woukd ever & have community activities for children & kids. Yesterday November 20th 2025 they had Apple cider & donuts with a Free Horse Ride something for the kids!!! Very Thoughtful Highly recommend as my first impression was amazing!

I love it here for the most part, maintenance is very good and always timely and polite. The complex hosts lots of fun events for the family/kids. The apartments themselves are clean/ spacious and updated. Id say my only couple complaints are they never answer the phone during business hours which can be very frustrating especially when your work hours reflect theirs. Also the same kids for the entire year I’ve lived here are out late at night wandering the complex, throwing trash, entering buildings that are not their own etc. Overall for the area & the price I would recommend just hopefully these small things can be addressed.

I'm more than satisfied!! My entire process was honestly amazing, starting from when I first inquired about the property I spoke with Mateen, my leasing agent, he was very professional and informative, my background check and approval came back quickly and he immediately helped me find my "Dream Unit". I decided on a 2bd 2bth w/washer and dryer, my original move in date was on the 2nd of January but the unit wasn't yet ready, he offered to show me other units but I insisted on this one, instead of doing a rush job to move me in they moved my move in date back so they could properly renovate my apartment, EVERYTHING looked brand new and renovated, when I walked in it smelled fresh, home like.
