Hamlet at Avalon Park

I recently took a tour of Hamlet at Avalon Park with Colin, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Colin was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He never pressured us at all—he truly just let the community speak for itself, which I really appreciated. The community is currently still in the construction phase, with some new homes expected to be ready by the end of the month and additional phases rolling out throughout the year. Even so, it’s already easy to see how impressive this neighborhood is. The pool is absolutely beautiful, and the gym is fully equipped with everything you could need for your fitness routine. Colin is absolutely INCREDIBLE! He is the most knowledgeable person I have ever met in my whole adult life of apartment living. I don’t think there could ever be a question that he doesn’t have the answer for and to me, that just speaks volumes and gives me confidence in my decision. Hamlet is so beautiful, I just couldn’t believe how many windows they have inside the homes. Plus you can never beat the opportunity of a brand new building. Hamlet really fits all of my specific favorite things I look for, like I always prefer to have quartz instead of granite, and I love that we are allowed to have three pets instead of just two like it usually is with apartments, so that is definitely a plus if I want to add a new addition to my family. I recently visited Hamlet Avalon Park and had a great experience with Colin who was very accommodating. The community is beautiful, pristine, and brand new. Although a change in plans took me on a different direction, I can highly recommend anyone to check out this community. It is definitely worth a look!
