Hamilton Pointe Apartments

I have lived here going on 3 years and I absolutely love my home. Melissa is amazing and always goes above and beyond to help in any situation you may have. Mike our maintenance guy is good at what he does and you never have to wait long. I couldn't have picked a better place for me and my kids .

This is an amazing community of individuals. The apartment manager Mrs.Melissa was an employee who always went above and beyond when it came to taking care of resident needs and getting things done. The maintenance man was very helpful and followed Melissa’s directions well. She also made sure to let us know about personal safety and watching out for your neighbor. She really helped this apartment community come together as a community with resident enrichment activities. It was such a great and well kept community that I really hated to leave.

I am posting to deter any maintenance person from going through the financial hardship our family and business is currently going through. Do NOT..I repeat DO NOT perform any maintenance for this facility! We gave them a quote and it was approved. Everything was set and we were told the deposit was ready. Due to the location of the home repair store we picked up the material and went straight to the apartments to complete the approved repairs. Afterwards, when we went to collect the check for the materials they had no idea what we were talking about. It has been two months now... two months of "oh the check has been on so-in-so's desk and they've been out of town"..."it will be there by Friday"... "We are overnighting it"... etc. All lies. We are out the labor and materials. T

I’ve called about these apartments for going on 3 months and no one is answering… I’ve left voicemails even traveled an hour to come in and no one was there. I left my email name and number no one got back to me. I have never went through this before I regret coming to fortWayne
