Hamilton House Apartments

I've lived here over two years now so I feel like I can give a pretty accurate testimony of what living here is like. Upgraded suites feel somewhat luxury! Not all suites are upgraded though so be sure you see your unit first because oddly, there is no price difference between upgraded vs not upgraded apparently. Quiet clean hallways. There are a lot of elderly people here and sometimes they will congregate in the lobby area on the couches, but they're super friendly! Laundry room with about 12 washers and dryers on second floor, open from 6am-11pm daily. I live on first floor so I don't take the elevators unless I'm washing, but they are always fast, which was important to me because my first apartment I ever lived in was a high riser where I had to wait 5+ minutes sometimes to use the el

If your looking for a quiet, peaceful apartment with a neighborhood fell then Hamilton House is it. I moved back into Hamilton House because of the quiet community and excellent amenities! The pool has been a great upgrade as well as the workout room. They hold fun events for the residents such as BINGO nights and cookouts. Not to mention being 5 minutes from every store and restaurant you can think of! Yes, ladies Target is in walking distance. Being tucked away from the hustle of Mayfield it offers a relaxing atmosphere with a neighborhood feel. Whether your retired or a young professional this is a great place to live. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. If a problem arises they act swiftly and efficiently.

Hamilton House is an absolutely wonderful place to live. My mom has lived there for 9 years. The apartment complex is beautiful, safe, clean, and very responsive to any maintenance issues. There's plenty of social activities like movies, bingo, holiday parties, and more. Front office staff and management are always nice, especially Tina and Jason!

This is easily the best apartment complex I have stayed at. Coming from California, I was blown away with the clean modern feel, extremely quiet living environment, friendly administration/staff, fair rent prices, timely and efficient maintenance requests, adequate parking amongst other amenities. Cannot recommend enough! I was skeptical seeing some of the reviews of the noise in the beginning, but it could not have been more quiet!

I have lived at Hamilton house for 6 years and I must say that the management team and maintenance staff truly are the best, the response to work requests and taking care of the common area repairs always happen so fast!
