DO NOT RENT THERE! 1) They will STEAL YOUR DEPOSIT IT DOESN’T MATTER HOW CLEAN you leave the apartment. 2) They will walk into your apartment without notice and say”it was an emergency “ every time.if they need to go in and you’re not home they will walk right in. 3 )Your car will be vandalized catalytic converter stolen and they will just tell you to report it to the police! That’s it. 4)Women DO NOT GET LOWER FLOOR APARTMENTS!!!they have men who peep at kids and women at night and even try to break in through the back windows! If you see black boxes by your bedroom window you’re being watched!i will not be surprised if someone gets SAd there. 5)they will not fix anything!

They will steal your security deposit when you moved out. In my case this were the reasons according to them. 1-I didn't notify them that i was going to vacate the unit at least 2 months prior. 2-The unit was not clean when i left it. 3-There was no stove in the unit. Ok. 1st-the new lease gives me the option to sign a new contract with them or not and they didn't send it to me 2 months bf I left. 2nd- yes the unit was not clean like they wanted but funny thing is that they destroy the units to remodel it everytime someone moved out. 3rd- yes there was no stove bc i asked the old landlord to take it out of the unit bc the mice problem i had so they took it out,now the new landlord or administration is asking me for a letter or whatever to proof that what im saying is true, really? This complex is infested with mice has been over 2yrs ! I'm looking to move soon. I mean it terrible the mice are on the kitchen tables and stove!wouldn't recommend it!
