I’ve been dealing with a rodent issue in my apartment since November 2024, and it has only gotten worse over time. What started as a mouse problem has now turned into a rat problem. When I first reported the issue, pest control was never even sent out despite my request. Since then, they’ve finally started sending pest control, but every time they come, I end up finding even more signs of rodents afterward — it feels like nothing is actually being resolved. This has been a constant source of stress for months. I’m tired of hearing scratching in the walls, spotting droppings, and worrying about the health and safety of my living space. For the amount I’m paying in rent, this is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend living here until this issue is taken seriously and fully addressed.

I been living here since October 2023 and this was my first apartment as well I love it over here and a nice well kept place. It also great for me because I'm close to both jobs and all the stores u need are in one spot.the the ppl over here are nice and chill. I wonder the down line will we be able to get dishwasher added to our apartments if possible

Nellie was wonderful and met with me within a half hour of booking an appointment to see a unit. She had brought me a pamphlet with information and her business card and provided me with a lot of useful information. 10/10 experience with short notice

I recommend asking for Nellie at the leasing office. Nellie was very helpful throughout the whole tour and leasing process. She answered every question and remained in contact with me every step of the way. The area is very quiet and the staff is friendly. I have no complaints. Thank you Nellie for all your help!
