At the Junction of Life and Luxury? Be for real. It’s the Junction of Trash and Neglect. Every week — EVERY week — the trash is piled up like we’re living behind a gas station. And why is it always dumped right outside our building? Who thought it was OK for residents to step out of their homes and be greeted by mountains of garbage? Put it somewhere out of sight. We’re paying rent, not living in a landfill. The smell is disgusting, it lingers in the air, and now it’s attracting rodents. I literally saw a rat. A whole rat. 🐀 That’s when I knew this place had officially lost the plot. And where is management? I haven’t seen the community manager since Thanksgiving. Who is walking this property? Really nice brand new apartments. The ladies in the office are really sweet and helpful. I’ve been helped by Star and Cierra. I’ve only had two issues but nothing crazy. • First, being the GFiber installation. That was a Google problem, not Hambright Junction. It was a mess but eventually resolved. •Second, if you don’t want to hear your neighbors STAY ON THE TOP FLOOR. From 7pm -1am on a Monday my neighbors were making so much noise. The noise started up again at 3am. It sounded like someone was bowling or construction was taking place. Unfortunately, it’s part of the apartment living package deal. Besides that tall windows, nice layouts, privacy, beautiful clubhouse, amenities and cute events. Close to grocery stores, highway, hair store and clothing stores.etc

This is my first apartment since moving from Germany, and I live in Hambright Junction Apartments since it open. I am very happy to be here. The place is always very clean and nice. The buildings and outside areas are taken care very good all the time. The management is really awesome. Jenna, the property manager, is very friendly and helpful. She always answer questions and help fast when something is needed. You can tell she care about the people who live here. It is quiet and comfortable and feels like a good home. For my first apartment in the US, this has been a very good experience. I would recommend Hambright Junction Apartments to anyone who want a clean and well run place to live.

As a young single mom, finding a safe and clean place to live was my top priority, and Hambright Junction Apartments has been amazing. I’ve lived here only 3 months now and it truly feels like home for me and my child. The property is always very clean and well maintained, which gives me so much peace of mind. The management team is wonderful the community is quiet, comfortable, and feels safe, and I love knowing my child can grow up in such a positive environment. I’m genuinely thankful to live here and would highly recommend Hambright Junction Apartments to anyone looking for a caring, well-managed place to call home.

I’ve only been living here for two weeks, and I’ve really fallen in love with the community. The apartments are beautiful, the customer service from Star and the entire leasing center team is amazing, and the maintenance team is fantastic, they’re always attentive and quick to take care of anything I need. Even though some buildings are still under construction as of November 2025, it hasn’t affected my daily routine at all. The location is perfect, close to supermarkets and major roads. Overall, it’s a 10/10 for me.
