He has a nasty attitude, he fix the house up just enough for you to move in and when you move in you find a lot of different things wrong, he has mice and almost every house I viewed, he tells you he going to fix things just to get your money and don’t fix nothing. All of his tenant complain about him. He is Slum lord.
Best landlord! His workers are friendly and outgoing. They fixed my hot water heater and heat with no problem. Calling them today to fix my toilet. HAPPY TENENT!!!!
Regardless of how much you pay and complain.He won't fix anything. Always claims he is trying to "look out". Houses are rat and roach infested.
Don’t fix anything , they come do 1 thing and not another and also say they coming back and never do
