The maintenance department (Carlos) is super helpful. We put in a maintenance request for four minor issues. Carlos called and set up a visit the same day. He was kind, considerate, and helpful. He even noticed that we had a small wasp nest on our balcony, (not part of our maintenance request) and took care of that as well. I was highly impressed with the quick and complete service we received.

I would like to share how fantastic this apartment complex is. My wife and I have been living here since 2020, and we have nothing but praise for Halston World Gateway. The rent is low, the amenities are great, the service and upkeep for this complex is incredible. And any issue that may arise they always solve in the best and most efficient way. I would like to give a special shoutout to the maintenance team, especially Carlos. Any maintenance problem we have, he’s always there to solve. He always does a fantastic job! He’s knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and very respectful. He’s the best maintenance person we’ve ever had in any apartment complex. The low monthly rent and excellent maintenance service, especially by Carlos, are the main reasons we have stayed here for so many years.

I have loved living at Halston World Gateway! It's quiet, safe, and in a great location. My apartment is so cozy, the community amenities are perfect for me, and I love the greenery around the complex. If I ever have to move out of my apartment, I hope to be able to stay in the complex.

I want to thank the Halston world gateway apartment home team for always asking for our feedback and if we do have an issue they have an A- team maintenance crew that never disappoints. Friendly and hard-working and fixes the problem right away. Don't let me forget the front office team top notch in my book always looking out for the tenants.

Amanda is Easily the BEST leasing agent I have ever had the pleasure to work with! After touring countless apartment sites to no avail, a friend recommended to check out Halston's complex and I was so warmly greeted by Amanda who was more than eager to give me a tour of the complex. She is so incredibly kind, patient and knowledgeable of the property and leasing options and helped me find the perfect apartment for me I never knew existed.
