Halston Park Central

I would not recommend living here. Since day one, this apartment has been nothing but ongoing issues that require constant “fixes,” repeated maintenance visits, and constant disruptions to my daily life. You can’t even enjoy your own home because something is always being addressed, revisited, or “temporarily resolved.” There have been serious concerns, including cleanliness issues, moisture/mold-like buildup, and ongoing safety issues within the community. When you raise these concerns, management deflects responsibility and minimizes the situation instead of taking accountability. What’s most frustrating is that when you finally reach a breaking point and ask to leave because you’re unhappy and exhausted, the only real option given is to pay a penalty or start a brand-new lease at a h

Pamela is amazing! She works at the Halston complex and is always super friendly, professional, and helpful. From the very first interaction, she makes you feel welcome. Her positive attitude truly makes a difference. Excellent service and highly recommended! ❤️❤️❤️

I have applied to Halston Park Central apartment as new resident moving from New York to Florida and called and email the leasing multiple times inquiring about various questions on the moving and application process. Unfortunately, the leasing team has been very unresponsive. As a 100% total and permanently disabled combat veteran, I felt treated like a criminal, with no sympathy and zero communication from them. I've noticed that many negative Google reviews with similar experiences as mine , which confirms my experience. This place is terrible and not suitable for anyone in our Veteran or civilian community. I see why they are giving months on free rent on their advertisement . I have decided to withdraw my application, and it's clear to me that they are offering months of free rent

I’ve had such a great experience at Halston Park Central! Recently I needed help with my air conditioning, and the service team was quick, professional, and super courteous. They responded right away, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right. It’s such a relief to know that maintenance here really cares about keeping residents comfortable. Thank you for the excellent service—I truly appreciate it! P.S. Thank you to both of the Brians that helped us with the air conditioning issue, little Brian has been extremely kind to us. Just started moving and all is great so far. The amenities are nice and the leasing office has been very helpful so far. I worked with Pamela and she got all the information I needed for moving in and my application.
