We’ve been here 4 years and love it! I love my spacious 1bdroom! Maintenance is always on time, when needed. Everyone in the office are very understanding to difficult situations. Nice place to live.

🚨 Worst Living Experience of My Life — Unsafe, Unhealthy, and Dishonest Management 🚨 Save yourself the stress, health issues, and emotional destruction. My boyfriend and I lived in unit 6201, and from the very start it was a nightmare. We didn’t get move-in info until the day before our lease because they wouldn’t answer our calls, and our unit was a disaster: broken doors, unsafe windows (one slammed shut and broke my finger), constant plumbing issues, and appliances that leaked until mold grew that was left untreated. Maintenance requests were marked “complete” without anyone ever showing up—our cameras proved it. The roach infestation was unbearable. Ever since my stay here, it has been more then what i expected. Kathia and Marytza have been so helpful since day one. They will go above and beyond for you if you explain the situation. Whenever a work order is put in, you can rest assure it will be handled. I love the fact that they reach out to you once the work order is said to be completed. Sarah always send me a message to make sure it was done correctly. That shows me they want to make sure the tenant is satisfied. I have never been to a complex that did that. Im honestly glad that i signed a 15 month lease. If it continues to be this way my full lease, i will definitely without a doubt sign another 15 months!
