Halston Four Corners

Tai from the leasing office is great. She helped us find our apartment and has been very great at communication and everything! The location and amenities are really good. The Engineering/ Maintenance team has been great and are helpful.

I have been here almost 5 years and when I say the leasing staff and maintenance treat you like family! They truly care. Due financial issues they could’ve evicted me but they helped me never judged and always communicated. David, Koreena, and Tai are a wonderful people. I couldn’t ask for a better community to Iive in. I give it 4 stars because everything needs improvement. The community is nice the basketball gym is a wonderful feature so is our park! It’s quiet and I’ve never had any issues here. The apartments are huge the with lovely upgrades. This is home! Thank you Halston 🙏

My experience at Halston Four Corners has been anything but great. The units themselves are given the landlord special with things painted over in a thick coat everywhere that leaves your cup stuck on the counter. Thankfully you’ll have your neighbors coughing through the wall to distract you from these things. If you live anywhere near the front you’ll basically be living in a dump since there is a huge dump container in the front since the compactor is constantly broken. This attracts a huge amount of flies and roaches so you’ll need multiple fly traps to keep your house under control. Speaking of broken, you’re paying for a gated community when it’s not really gated since the gates are kept open 90% of the time. Halston Four Corners is a phenomenal place to live. From the first tour of the property, signing our lease, moving in, and getting settled in has been a wonderful experience. The staff in the leasing office is always friendly, helpful, and understanding. The maintenance department is wonderful as well. The few maintenance issues we have had were taken care of with hours if not the next day. Our neighbors are friendly. The community is safe and quiet which is a huge bonus.

I,d like to say that Halston Four Corners is the best property ive ever lived, The office team always is pleasant and professional : David answered all my questions about possibly renewing my lease, I decided to stay because of David, Karina and Tai are very helpful too! Enrique, Rafael and Hipolito also provide excellent customer service; my work orders are done efficiently, im very happy here,
