We have never felt so welcomed in an apartment community. Hawke and Ariana extended an exceptionally warm welcome from the very beginning. They were highly responsive to all of our questions and provided outstanding assistance throughout the entire process. Their genuine willingness to help truly made a difference in our experience. The community offers top-notch amenities, and the apartment is well maintained. It is conveniently accessible to the freeway, and we feel safe and secure at all times. We have no regrets about moving to this community. Thank you very much.

The best part of living at Halogen has been our friendly neighbors. Shout-out to Hawke and the leasing office team, who have always been kind and helpful. My review would be 5 stars except for one major issue: the pickleball court noise is excessive. The repetitive impact sound, every day, carries directly into our unit due to poor sound insulation, making it difficult to concentrate on work or even to sleep. Quiet hours begin at 10pm, yet play often continues right up to or past that time, and enforcement is inconsistent- I called tonight and reached patrol voicemail. When I emailed the office, I was told to call patrol; but that does not address the underlying sound issue. We recently took a tour of Halogen Apartments and had a fantastic experience. Hawke was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer every single one of our questions. Even though we only have an estimated move-in date, Hawke was very patient and clearly explained all our leasing options. We were able to see both unit types we were interested in, which was super helpful for our planning. The main office and clubhouse are amazing—the amenities are top-notch, including the gym, billiards, a dedicated mail area, pools, and BBQ spots. Highly recommend asking for Hawke if you're looking for a tour!

Halogen goes above and beyond to build a community at their complex. We chose to move here because the apartments were nice, new and everyone seemed friendly. Hawke, Penny, and Ariana are a dream team! Maintenance staff are helpful. We have been pleasantly surprised with how much activities and community building events Halogen holds. We just had a Christmas Holiday party that had such a great turn out from the community here. Good catered food, drinks, desserts, games and Santa for all the kids!

Lovely complex with phenomenally polite and caring staff. Every staff interaction I have had has been nothing but smiles polite words. Wonderful community and pretty quiet for being on a main road as well. Again, the staff (especially front desk and all the maintenance team members) are amazing and kind!
