It is very concerning that they have repeatedly lost applications/information. Upon a scheduled showing at the A E Coffin apartments in New Bedford, when entering I smelled a gas pilot on, I was told the space was freshly painted, I insisted that it was gas. There was a beeping sound almost immediately after. The young lady who showed the apartment (very inexperienced in her position) and I then went immediately to the gally kitchen to the side, lol and behold what did we find? Just as I said, the pilot was on for God only knows how long. This could have killed people as ventilation is shared and the place could have exploded. If, I could give them a 0 I would. Nobody will give me the regional manager’s name. I am so close to posting pictures and going to the media that’s it’s a shame.
