The Hakes Brothers new homes in Veranda are beautiful. I really like the Modern Farmhouse look of some of their floorplans. Also, I could not believe how beautiful and yet still affordable the design upgrades are. The location is perfect, so close to everything but it feels like a quiet suburban area. Love that swimming pool!
