They are getting great at timely maintenance when there is an issue. I got a new a/c after mine broke and the maintenance team is incredibly friendly. The problems I have is the water gets turned off constantly without any notice at all and can be off for either 30 minutes or 9 hours. Not everyone has an emergency plan for when the water gets shut off.

Nice people sometimes, but thats all thrown out the window if you like dealing with both bed bugs and german cockroaches at the same time! They wont do anything about it besides useless weekly sprays that don't do anything. Come here if you like living with bugs coming out of sinks and vents from neighbors!

I would like to apologize for actually not communicating better with your staff about getting the issues fixed in my apartment. Your maintenance guy was actually pretty awesome he came to get my heater working and installed a new refrigerator and toilet. Thank you very much .
