Hadley @ Bellmar Apartments

I love that work orders get taken care of within a day or two. The rent is affordable and it's a quiet community. I would definitely recommend living here if you are looking for a good central location. Shopping center is within walking distance, it's right off the bus stop.

Hadley at Bellmar is a gorgeous, calm, and peaceful community. The location is absolutely amazing close to central Dallas and all major roads. The neighbors are very considerate and respectful. The maintenance staff is probably the best out of any where I have lived as they respond immediately and have fixed every issue within days! Salma was my leasing agent, I walked in sight unseen and was able to sign my lease with her within the week. Thank you Hadley at Bellmar. This has been a safe and comfortable place to call home.

I went just to get some information on apartments and Valeria Medina helped me out she was really sweet and kind she helped me gather all the information i needed. I only went for information but i will definitely go back to her for my tour. Thank you Valeria!.

micheal said it best. the apartments are run down, dusty, moldy, and have roaches. theres cracks and crevices in the apartments where roaches can scurry in. very dated appliances and they just dont care. i chose this apartment because of the good reviews (im suprised they have good reviews) but i’m super excited for my lease to be up. the water makes my hair fall out, it smells like chemicals. i assume the water heater has not been drained and cleaned in ages.

I wanted to hold off until I lived here for a couple months to right a more honest review on this apartment complex. I been here now going on 5months. My first week of moving in pieces from my truck was stolen. I told the apartment they didn’t care at all! Asked for proof and a police report in which I gave. . there is patrol that drives around all night. I full heartedly believe they have a lot to do with that.! I have LA plates and the car wasn’t fully registered yet ,since to first week moving in. My truck was not outside for 3hrs and stuff was stolen from underneath the truck.! The walls are paper thin .. but that comes with living in an apartment i guess. There is poop everywhere ! The trash in the parking lot is disgusting . Just bags thrown and ran over !
