My gutters were improperly installed and the issue was never resolved. They did come for minor repairs early on in my first year but Hadix stopped answering my emails and calls at about 8 months. I sent my years end punch list for repairs needed twice and did not receive a response. I would never buy a Hadix house again nor would I recommend any one do so

Beware of this company. The homes are not high quality for the price point you pay. Also, we did our walk through and at closing none of it had been completed. They still have not completed the shower. The door is off and the frame is not on. They said there would be a deep clean but there someone who wiped things down last minute. I pointed out some items and Dave who did the walk through along with the two sons, who are the realtors , of the office manager said here are paint pens you can do those. There is no customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! *******To respond to Haddix response- This all should have been done before closing. You all have our money so you just don’t care and regardless of sickness, not everyone was sick so those are just excuses. Also , Dave said there

I regret purchasing a Haddix home. It’s slapped together so cheaply that I’m constantly making repairs, big & small. Lots of time & money. If you must, don’t purchase a newly built home—get one that’s been lived in & had most things replaced/repaired by the previous owners.

Buyer be ware. Home less than 5 years old and we have been informed that mold is behind our shower tile. Several estimates say it was put in incorrectly. Additionally, floor was never fixed in the one year warranty. Told many times they would correct the problem. Extremely disappointed with this builder.

Absolutely loved working with this builder. I choose the Juniper Ridge plan and couldn't be happier. I was able to modify a few things to make the house unique to me. The house is a few years old now and I do not regret a single thing. Thanks Haddix Construction.
