Hackberry Ranch Apartments

I leased an apartment here with Jereme and he was amazing and always puts everyone before himself! He made my move so easy and showcased the property like no other. I had to have a work order done on the dishwasher and Nelson came out same day and had it fixed with no issues. Great maintenance and office staff!

Manager Jereme Morris was very helpful with finding the right apartment. He was knowledgeable and very accommodating. Move in is March 1st & anticipate no problems as the staff & Mr Morris have taken care of and explained everything thoroughly.

Pros: Solid choice at the current price point. You’re going to have the usual imperfections that every other apartment has at this cost. Maintenance requests are fulfilled in a timely manner and the only recurring issue was an AC unit drain line plug/back-up that would leak in the bathroom. Cons: Communication was poor. Any time that I called the office while I was a resident, it was not answered nor returned. I had to find the time in the evening or weekends to go to the office and get answers on lease or utility related concerns in person. Some of the communal laundry rooms are poorly maintained. Thank you so much to Jereme !!! He definitely knows how to multitask and work with his residence. Not many people go above and beyond and work late on weekends and weekdays to make sure they get people a home. He’s truly a great leasing manager. I was in the office two days and while being there there was so many people, and he was just going from one group to the next in between everyone he was helping. He was polite and spoke to everyone and let everybody know that he was working with them. It’s easy to notice When you only have one person working and trying to do the best for everybody. Even though he was the only person working and Needed help he didn’t complain or turn anybody down. Those are the kind of people you want in an office

From the moment I toured this complex, I knew it was the right choice. My leasing agent, Jereme , was so welcoming and answered all of my questions with patience. Now that I'm settled, I couldn't be happier. The pool is a great for relaxing, the gym is A+, the washer dryer system in place I love since i can monitor my loads from the phone app-- I can simply go back to my apartment-- and the management team is excellent at planning community events that bring residents together. All things considered, this has been a wonderful place to call home. Jereme thank you for being so AMAZING!!!!!
