Brazoswood Apartments

I have lived at this property for 22+yrs and never have had any problems! Ms. Sylvia has been one of the best property managers I've had the pleasure to meet. No break-ins, no roach problems, no neighbors problems. Work order are taken care in a timely manner. I feel safe in this community! I l♥️ve Brazoswood Apartments!!

Would highly recommend these apartments to an individual or a family !! These are the first apartments I lived in on my own, and eventually built a family in. It’s a gated, safe and quiet community, maintenance is always on point. Been here for a year and a half and have nothing negative to say about the community or the management ! The manager Sylvia has been nothing but amazing and understanding from the very start ! Very grateful to call this place home !

I want to Mrs. Sylvia Is awesome and a wonderful person she is willing to help out many ways get you what you need for as what experience I have Latley she is the best manager I ever had. I have been to many apartment complexes this is the best one. I was blessed to find these apartments it’s like God put at the right place with the right property manager. I would recommend everyone to this complex I thank god for Sylvia, for you that want to sit up and talk bad about her well your not very nice. I pray you find a better way of being nice to others she just doing her job. She has a job just like all of us do. Thank you Sylvia for what you have done may god bless you.

The management has been nothing but excellent from my experience. The manager Sylvia and the maintenance staff have been reponsive to any issues, which is rare for alot of renters. The community is quiet and well kept. Brazoswood is a excellent choice for anyone looking for a nice responsible complex.
