Previous tenant from Martin, don't rent from this guy or angelica which is the person that assists him with renting future properties, he kept all my security deposit charge me for repairs that were already done, the property had previous water damage from the ceiling patched up that has never been actually repaired by a professional, He charged me all these repairs by contracting a none business license self contractor, and when providing the deductions all receipts/invoices were made by hand not a company (BY HAND) anyone can make an invoice by hand and get put anything they want!? very fishy business this landlord or real estate does. I will not trust him or recommend him to no one. FYI the house was build in the 1970 and this landlord charged me $2000 worth of security deposit for an
