Alright, I moved into my rental almost 8 years ago in October 2013. We are now moving on because we just simply need a bigger home and G.W.Works does not have any vacancies for 3 bedrooms at the moment, and to be honest not a lot of companies do right now but we were able to find one. From the time we moved in everyone at G.W. Works has been kind and understanding! There was a time I wasn't able to pay my rent because I got laid off my job unexpectedly and they took my word when I said my 401k with $5k was coming from that job. As soon as I received that check and cashed it a money order went straight to them! I've never been a person to not pay on time or miss any rent and they know that. This is the place to go if you are either just now stepping out on your own. Or is starting over and want a home as opposed to an apartment. They have decent homes with more than affordable prices. Mostly located in the southern sector of Dallas. I got a 2 bedroom from them a couple of months ago. And My Mom's and other family members use to rent from them over the years.

If you don't mind living in a bad neighborhood with no credit then it's an ok place but they don't fix things and all their properties look just the same..
