The landlord and management have shown a blatant disregard for our safety and well-being since I moved in. I regret signing a lease here and am considering legal action due to their negligence. They promised my apartment would be ready, but months later, many issues remain unresolved despite my repeated complaints and submitted work orders. Every time I reach out, I get vague responses from Samantha, often hearing excuses like, “Maintenance will get to it when they can.” My apartment has severe water damage, a broken AC, and pest infestations. The heat has reached unbearable levels, especially with a newborn, yet I'm told to simply submit a work order. If i could put 0 stars i would! PLEASE RUN FROM THIS COMPANY BY ALL MEANS! I have been trying to get my missing commissions for months dating back to may through august. As I went without commissions for months due to a turnover issue that was no fault of my own .But was then told by the Regional manager that I was going to receive all my commissions at the end of September, only to receive a portion of it after leasing 20+ apartments and doing renewals by myself . I have spoken to numerous people at corporate and I have not received my payment still. This company will find any reason not pay your commissions, after you get the resident moved in and also they will not return your deposit despite leaving the units in good condition. Do not give this company your time or money, all they care

I moved into Solara almost 3 months ago and these are repairs that were on my move-in paperwork. I have been to the office four times and still have not had the repairs done. My toilet is not bolted to the floor. I don’t have cold water on my washer the double doors to the patio was never finished the heater Has exposed wires to the point I don’t even feel safe in my apartment. My dishwasher is full of paint that will not come out and the only thing I can think happened was someone put paint brushes, in my dishwasher. This is just a start to the list that has not been finished. One of the biggest concerns is that this gated community has never had working gates and two out of the three exit entrances are chained and locked so in an emergency there is only one exit entrances are now chain

This company inavaded South Texas and took over some Apartment complex where people could barely afford to pay rent due to pandemic and coming in raising the rent significantly, I mean hundreds of dollars just bec. They want Space X emoyees to rent there who dont mind paying 865.00 per month to a 1 bedroom which is a 40 yr old building, seriously? And DO NOT CHARGE ME FOR CLEANING FEES when I moved out and cleaned that place as I never lived there! The place was the same since I moved in there 3 yrs ago! So why all the sudden your company is finding ways to keep my deposit? CONQUISTADOR Apt in Brownsville, TX. IF you dont remove that cleaning fee before you send my deposit I will report this to BBB.

Tower Place Concord We are being charged for an upgraded apartment that isn’t. Property Mgr will not do any repairs or even come look. We have 13 work orders online. They do make appointments to call or come look but they “no show “ or forget to call us. Many many more pics. Carpet has paint on it, paint all over floors, list goes on and on. We were told when we moved in by end of December these things would be fixed. However under new management we are being ignored and lied to. I have emails, texts and pics to back up our issues and complaints
