07Feb2020. Just completed a 1000 sf, 12' high garage. Mike did a gorgeous job and Janice had line items for every operation of the build. They gave me discounts, and moved undercost items over to some items that went overcost (i made a few changes midstream). Just awesome quality and communication. I did find out that Jennay person who rated them with a one made an error and posted for the wrong builder.

I NEED A HOUSE BUILT ON MY PROPERTY, Made an appointment a week out , get there , they are unprepared, unprofessional, I guess they do not need any work,they gave me an unprepared price in order to chase all three of us out of their office, Please choose another Builder, I did

Gulf Home Builders is a small family owned construction company with extensive experience is both new construction and remodels. As a realtor, I have worked with them personally and professionally and have always been extremely pleased with the quality of their work. I highly recommend them to my customers, friends and family.

Absolutely wonderful to deal with. Had an issue many people said they couldn't fix because it was too dangerous. Michael J. showed up to take a look at it 90 minutes after the first call. He said his crew could handle the job, no problem. They came back the next morning and got to work. Michael B. And Garrett L. Were amazing workers. Job was completed that day and I would highly recommend them.

Janice and Mike are incredible people. If your looking for a builder that is insured properly, that is dedicated to making sure you are happy with your home. They are the people to call. You will not be sorry.
