I applied for a mortgage loan. She denied my application based on my credit score being in the 600s. Without offering other loan products or down payment assistance. I many have told me I'd be able be eligible for a fha mortgage. Never had the opportunity to. so unprofessional

I spoke to an RMS representative about purchasing an investment property. I was told that I needed 25% down and the interest rate would be about 4.25% with our near perfect credit score. Pleased with the terms, I started the process. We had agreed to a price plus $5,000 back from the seller. We were told by RMS that they limit the amount back to 2% of the purchase price which would be $3150. I spoke to the agent again and was told to not worry because they would work it into the price somehow. Two weeks later we were told that they were close to locking in the rate which would be about 4.5% now. We were ready to close 2 weeks after that and received a letter that we were locked in at 4.875% plus we needed the $1,850 difference because of the 2% limit. We called RMS again and they said they
