We had such a wonderful experience with Carson, Julie and their team! We switched to Guild while already under contract because they had a much better offer- lower rate and lower fees than the previous lender! We had a unique situation with my husband being deployed over seas and using a VA Loan, but still closed on time despite the bumps in the road. Great communication, problem solving and customer service. Highly recommend Guild!

Our realtor assured us of a pre-qualify letter when we sold our home. She recommended Carson, and we did everything asked of us. We had one issue that came up regarding our son, when we co-signed for an apartment for him. He left some property damage- that we paid for. The company Cortland refused to take it off, even when we clearly paid it. Guild did nothing to suggest how to get rid of it, and help us. We had no debt, just a ping that we proved was paid. Our realtor let us down, as did Carson, with Guild. They made a promise that they refused to keep. I guess they don’t need the business.
