I resided at Guest House Apartments (Unit A-3, Rome, GA) for four years, and overall, my living experience was quite positive. The apartment complex fulfilled my needs, and I truly valued the peaceful community during my time there. My decision to move was driven solely by the necessity for a larger space to accommodate my expanding family, which I planned for April 2025. However, I find it essential to express my recent concerns regarding the move-out process. Even though I adhered to all required procedures and vacated the apartment on April 30, 2025, I have yet to receive my security deposit nearly two months later. The staff here is great but the maintenance department sucks been going without a hot water for 2 days now I recommend fire the maintenance department and hire a whole new department they hire a whole new department of maintenance I'll go back and give a five star

My name is Gary and, I moved here last October 2024. I Am very impressed with; the Quietness and the Rates are not Bad For the Rent/ Water. I'm very happy Living here at the Guest House. I, plan on living here a Long Time.

Well maintained, modern amenities, management on site and available. Maintenance (if needed) is on site as well. Plenty of parking, well lit close to downtown, yet away from the noise.

Lived here in Apartment A5 for a year and moving out in a couple weeks now. The place seemed nice when I moved in, but the property maintenance has been HORRIBLE. I moved into an apartment with broken blinds. I asked them to be fixed 10 months ago. The maintenance guy Michael came and took a look at them shortly after and said he’d come by again and fix them. He still hasn’t. The apartment above me ran their A/C during the winter and the pipes started dripping water onto my ceiling tiles causing water damage. Maintenance came by and said they’d fix it, 3 months later I still have the water damaged tiles. The apartment staff is also wholly unhelpful on a personal level.
