We called Wednesday morning to report that the air conditioner was not working. Maintanance staff did not come until Thursday saying too much freon was in the unit so they released it and left. We called Friday morning they said they were coming, but never did. We called Saturday morning and the on call maintenance said he wasn't coming until Monday and hung up the phone and wouldn't answer the rest of the day. Meanwhile, our thermostat has been showing over 80o degrees. We also called the property management who stated that maintenance would be here to fix the problem by 5pm. Well at 5:30 property management said maintenance was on his way.....same thing at 6:30. It started raining after 7 until 8.
