Really great people. Any time I have had an issue they come right out and get the problem solved. Very sweet ladies in the office. The maintenance man JD comes even on the weekends. He really cares about families And making sure they are taken care of the best he can when there are issues. I have rented from a few people thru the years but Bearden realtor is definitely the Best. So glad I have such wonderful people that I rent from.

I’ve had nothing but ISSUES with them. They are constantly breaking the lease yet refuse to even talk to me and when I call the office to speak to someone reasonable I get the coldness shoulder and attitude! I even had someone in the office tell me I didn’t pay rent (when I did), hang up in my face, and tell me that my repairs aren’t important to them!! I’ve a asked to speak to the owners daughter several times because it seems she’s the only one who cares about what she does , but the ladies who answer the phone will NEVER put her on or give her my message. They will not fix ANYTHING but want to charge an eviction fee for being 2 says late because I work their open business hours.

Most wonderful people I know, especially that Lindsey such a delight! 🫶

They really do work with you and the ladies at the main office keep a warm welcoming smile on their face
