Remote settlement at a realtors office scheduled for the 2nd time at 11:00 AM. Both seller and buyer sitting and waiting for Guaranteed trust title to show up. They finally arrived at 12:00 PM. We asked both Marcie and Ashley for a HUD, prior to settlement, several times with no response. We saw the settlement sheet for the first time at closing. We were then told that the proceeds would be wired out immediately by "Genie." We asked all day for the wire with no response. Still have not received the wire or response. I sent an email to Ashley, marcie, and genie asking them to respond. Nothing. With the amount of title companies available, I would seriously consider your choice before using this one.
