Had a space here for a few years. Never had an issue. Gate was ALWAYS in working order. Staff easy to get a hold of and change the gate code monthly. My only complaint was parking under a large tree in the back and would constantly find ants and spiders all over my vehicle because of it. Just comes with being an uncovered outdoor facility I guess

ROBBED TWICE WITHIN A SIX MONTH. PERIOD.!!! False advertising they do not take care of your stuff and they don’t have surveillance. They advertise surveillance On their website and on their billboards and they don’t provide it. Their cameras do not function. Police requested footage and they have no footage. And still had the audacity to invoice me even the fact that I’ve moved out and turned in their notice. Two vans with sophisticated padlocks. They definitely took their time in robbing me, but knew that there was no surveillance. Remove your false advertising!!!

Poor service! I rent here a parking space and a unit. It’s great but the lady that gets in charge of the place she is very rude. She gets mad and rude if we call her if we ever need something. She never in the office space and she gets rude and with an attitude. We are paying is not like we getting a free rent. We are paying for a service that we don’t even gettin. She always said she is busy . This is not my first time. I think she need to get her manners and be more polite with the costumer.

Terrible place to rent from. We rented there for 9 years and upon leaving had to extend our rental due to building a new place. They made sure to gouge us an extra $300 a month and then $500 the last month. When we had flooding and mold due to a faulty roof, they refused to do repairs though they admitted the flooding was due to the leaky roof. Then, to top it all off, they are trying to bill us $2300 for carpet repair after we have been out of there over a month. Avoid at all costs!

Wouldn't refund a charge within 5 days even though I said I wouldn't have possession of my boat until 5 days later and never used the unit. I'm sure they re-rented my unit getting double the money! Would have given zero stars if that was an option!
