This is a great place to live. Management is always available to help and will do it the same day. All of them are very friendly and kind people. They have all types of activities. Beautiful pool in the back with benches and picnic tables. There is a doggie area so your fur baby can get exercise and they also have little bags to clean up after your baby with a trash cans to throw it into. The people here are very friendly. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that’s 55+. I have been here 6 years and I love it here.

Wonderful place for Seniors! Very clean and quiet! Management is courteous and responsive! Maintenance is very quick to fix issues the same day! I have been here 10 year's and I am quite happy.

I have lived at the Groves of Victoria Park for 7 years. It is a Senior Low income apartment building with a Laundry room, Community room, Computer room and pool area. I have not had any problems with Staff. Any problems I have had have been taken care of as soon as possible. I have a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment which is very spacious.
