Working with Terry was the best experience ever! Terry went above and beyond to make this process as easy as possible. He was attentive, available, honest and truly one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. We used the VA loan and his knowledge with this program is phenomenal! Terry got us an amazing rate and listened to all the loan requirements we wanted. If you want a lender who is going to listen to you and put your needs first then call Grove Mortgage! Oh and I should mention that at no time did Terry ask me to write a review which made me want to do this even more so because oddly enough I found his company on Google! I wasn’t happy or comfortable with the lender recommended from my realtor so I took to Google for help. I hope this review helps someone else.

Terry has been an awesome lender. My previous lender referred Terry to me because I had a problem using my VA with them. Long story short, I ended up paying only about 15% in closing cost of what I originally was going to pay with my first lender. They also gave me back my appraisal cost! He called me one day asking me why am I putting so much money down? I thought that if I put a lot down, that I would end up having a lower mortgage but I was wrong. He explained to me what is needed to be done to get the best deal. Working with Terry has been a hassle free experience and he sure knows his stuff and would make sure that you get the best deal possible! I was a first-time homebuyer when I first contacted Terry at Grove Mortgage. I was scarred that a mortgage company was going to take advantage of the fact that I never bought a house before, but Terry took his time to talk me through each step of financing. He explained to me the different programs I could use and the pros and cons to each. I called him at 6:00pm on a Saturday night because I had a question about the appraisal process and he answered his phone and took his time to explain it to me!
