Nick in maintenance is the best he’s nice and gets things done in a timely manner and always friendly

Isaac from the maintenance team was awesome. He communicated every step of what needed to be fixed and how he would fix it. He tried his best to make sure all requesters were fulfilled. Him and Nick worked well together .

Sanchez took very good care of me getting me moved in. Very helpful with any questions I had. Pretty nice person in general. I recommend Sanchez SNS management to everyone. They take very well care of their tenants and that’s always a plus👌🏾

I met with Kaitlyn back in July to tour a unit for my dad that would be moving up from California.. He was on my phone with me when I was with her and she talked to him like he was with me..The apartment was nice inside and had hardwood in every room which makes it easier for my dad to use his walker inside. He is moving in into this apartment in October and I cannot wait to have him somewhere where I feel like he is safe and a clean area. She has helped make this move across the country for him easy.
