Grinberg is one of the best landlords and has a great management team. They are never rude always showed professional. I've been living in one of his units from 2016 and has never had a problem with him. He also gave me 2 dinner vouchers to eat at a establishment for my birthday. That blew me away. WHAT LANDLORD DO THAT FOR ANY OF THEIR TENANTS. He personally called to say happy birthday. I've never met him face to face. I love my landlord. Grinberg if you ever come across this. Please get some units in brooklyn as beautiful as the one you allowed my family and myself to live in for all these years. That toll is my only hardship. Your the greatest your #1 tenant. I have been a proud tenant for approximately seven years. The team addresses my issues immediately and respectfully. I not only get a personal birthday wish every year, I am given check to one of my favorite restaurants. I have to say again proud to be a tenant the management team is awesome.

Grimberg management its the best management company I will highly recommend it to anyone that's looking to rent a beatifull apartment i been with them for 10 years they have always kept my apartment in order wen I call they get any issue fixed within 24 hours they have great customer service n personnel Diane its very attentive n courteous n its always been there to assist so its jenni in those 10 years my landlord Demetrius n Gary are exceptional.n have always treated me like family so has the grimberg personnel anyone looking for a great apartment n a landlord that treats u like family n cares grimberg magement its the place to be .thank u grimberg management .a.g

The worker Felix did a good job he's real professional at his work he's respectful and cleaned up after his work I highly recommend him for a good job thank you .I give him 5 stars for his professional work .
