Lived here for four years. The apartments are very worn and old and black mold is a serious ongoing issue. It creeps up around all of the windows I'm guessing due to being poorly sealed. The maintenance workers are kind but understaffed so you may wait weeks before your concern is addressed. I complained of mold and cockroaches and was told to handle it myself. The blinds are worn and broke and when I asked to have them replaced they told me I would be charged on my move out even though this should count as regular wear and tear. In the four years I lived here I don't believe the gym has ever been cleaned. The same dead spider has been on the floor since summer of 2024 and much of the equipment is broken. The entire leasing staff was magnificent! No matter whom I spoke to, they were able to quickly lean in seamlessly to help me along the process for my mother. They encouraged me to call no matter how many questions I had and across the board helped me navigate through the nuances regarding our particular situation. Kudos to the entire leasing team! You have no idea how important this is to our family.

Living here was fine, not the best. We were in a 2bed2bath apartment (Golden layout). Apartments that are not renovated, are very worn. We had multiple rust spots, jerry rigged appliances, and lots of water damage in the apartment. The amenities are fine, the package office lock was broken for months, allowing anyone into the mail room to touch unsupervised packages. The gym is small, with a few weights and machines, (No bench or free weights). The pool was closed most of the season as well. Management was fine and but not great at responding, at all. I have been living here for ten months, and I am not satisfied with the conditions at all. The complex is very disorganized and dirty. Since the day we moved in, the hallways have never been cleaned, and there is no supervision over the residents to ensure cleanliness. A few months ago, when the weather was warm, there were insects all over the stairways due to the dirt. Valet trash charges an additional $30 on top of the monthly fee, but very often the trash is not taken from the doors of the apartments and stays there for several days. Overall, only the office and its surroundings are clean and everything seems fine there, but I and other residents have reminded them many times, and no one has addressed the issues. Poor maintenance and Staff response. I have been living here for some time and I am extremely disappointed with the way maintenance requests are handled. I raised a request for a dishwasher repair over a week ago, and it is still not fixed. I followed up with the leasing office twice, but each time I was told, “we don’t have staff and we can’t prioritize this.” Instead of taking ownership or escalating the matter to a manager, the staff just pushed me around in circles. I also emailed the management team, but no one has bothered to respond. The attending staff come across as uninterested and unwilling to put in the effort to resolve issues.
