I can honestly say I’d never depend on Griffin Home Inspection for any house I’d ever buy in the future. I feel like I just tossed that money out of the window and so much more trusting this company to give me all of the correct information. The inspector missed so many red flags. For instance, the apparent water damage in the attic(indicating damage to the roof) and lower level(the house is a bi-level raised).
