Grey Parc of Macon

This place was not fit for living. Garbage and furniture was all over the place. Since the new management has come it has started to look better. Maybe it will become a decent property now since the complex is under new management as of December 2025.

This is the worst management company ever. I lived here for three years and I had nothing but problems. I finally moved out July 31. It has been past 30 days. My security posit has not been returned to me. I have emailed the leasing agent no response ,I have called corporate. I have sent a demand letter and nobody has reached back out to me at this point. I feel like I need to contact a lawyer. do not move here do not move here. Do not move here under any circumstances if it is your last option then of course move but if you have a choice, do not move here. Do not move here.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been around this community for 15 years and in the past 18 months it has gone so far down hill it's ridiculous. We pay our rent promptly on the first but they do not finish billing til the 5th. Several notices that the property has not paid the water bill so despite paying our bills we could go without water. Maintenance is not given the funding to make very necessary repairs. Sewage leaking between buildings. The community feels very unsafe. We have raised our concerns with management when someone is actually around and still no results. No one should have to deal with a situation like this.

Do not move here.. I lived here for 5 years and it was fine until the end of last year..I have 3 kids and the hot water heater went out and no one would replace it for month..during tht time the cold water would be out it seemed like every other day on top of other issues that maintenance never came and fixed so I moved out. I was promised my deposit back and they told me it would be mailed within 30 days it’s been 90 days and I can’t even get anyone to respond to emails or anything..they did respond to the first one as soon as I said I’m turning my keys in and then nothing after that. At this point I think I might have to lawyer up bc it’s not right.

The conditions at Gray Parc Apartments are abysmal, with poorly maintained units and neglected property grounds that are an eyesore. The management’s lack of attention is evident, and their customer service is frustratingly unresponsive. I had to personally contact code enforcement twice just to address safety concerns that went ignored by the property managers. The grounds are consistently littered and overgrown, giving the impression of a place that simply doesn’t care about the residents or their well-being. Overall, it’s clear that Gray Parc Apartments lacks the necessary upkeep and professionalism to create a livable environment.
