Grenadier Village Apartments

We haven't moved in yet, but have a date set, and I'm absolutely so excited for this new start. From the very first phone call Kim was especially nice and helpful. Upon going to look at the apartment, Donna is who showed us. She was exceptional at informing us of all the information needed and also all the perks that the grounds have. She was kind, uplifting and extremely pleasant. My teenager even said she likes her vibe and that doesn't happen very much! I am grateful for a new start and couldnt be happier that Grenadier is going to be our new home! Thank you kindly, Donna, Kim, and everyone else that I didn't actually meet, for this new start!

I have now been moved in for over a month. I couldn’t be happier! Donna, Kim and Tara were excellent from start to finish. This team knows what they are doing and actually care. The apartment itself is spacious with a lot of closet space. All of the blinds are in like new condition and ceiling fans in the bedroom are a great bonus! The grounds are well kept. The laundry and storage area is always immaculate. Have had zero issue with parking. Snow removal has been spot on. Also, you cannot beat the location. Everything you need is just minutes away (including access to major highways). I cannot say enough good things about this place. I’m thankful to be here.

I wanted to post another review now that I have been living here for a couple weeks. John from maintenance has been awesome. Very personable and knowledgeable about all the fixtures and appliances. He has come in and helped fix a few things since I moved in and I greatly appreciate him. Kim has also been lovely to talk to whenever she answers for the office. She helped me put in a few maintenance requests at the start of my lease and was very helpful and friendly. I've never had issues with the office staff here, everyone has been great. ❤️ My neighbors are quietly and friendly and I hope we continue to get along in the near future!

This is a review in regard to Kim and Tara at the Grenadier facility in Liverpool NY! I became aware of Grenadier as my son and his wife have lived there as had several friends and of course Pearl Washington and other Syracuse University individuals.I was going through a very difficult time with a divorce from a long marriage and all the changes of bank accounts. I tried to keep my issues on the quiet side but both Kim and Tara were so smart and supportive and so in tune with what I was going through even though I could not voice a lot due to the privacy.I did a lot of it remotely as I applied for the only one bedroom unit available. That did no go great because of my lack of fluency with the laptop as I had to upload and download documents. They encouraged me to come into the office with

No heat for almost a month in an apartment building is ridiculous. Its January and freezing outside. You have kids and older adults living there. How many other buildings are without heat? It's January and youre offering space heaters that are blowing fuses. What are the specs on them? Please have them available when codes comes to check your property. And work orders for whats been fixed and why it still doesnt work. You had people sleeping with their ovens on to heat their apartments. How incredibly shameful to not care enough about the people that pay you rent that you would allow any of this to happen. Edited to add--with the wind chill its going to feel like 23 below zero today in to tonight. Children live there.
