They will let you move into a dirty and broken rental unit. Additionally on move out DO NOT BOTHER TO CLEAN! They will figure out a way to take your deposit regardless of how through you choose to clean the unit. They will actually showcase your unit to potential buyers while you are still living in it as well! They do not care for safety either and do not provide extinguishers or any fire safety measures. While not illegal it shows the lack of care they have towards their properties.
