Greg Bulanti, Coldwell Banker Grass Roots

Greg is amazing. He sold some land for us which included a partially built house located at 4055 Iowa Hill Rd In Iowa Hill (which is considered in Colfax). See pic below. Being inundated with calls, the poor guy had his work cut out for him. He worked VERY hard for us, we cannot thank him enough. I honestly don't think you could find a better Agent. He's very knowledgeable. Both he and Dee are fun people, the experience selling this property was very enjoyable. Greg also represented the seller of the house we bought 6 yrs ago and currently still live in. That's how we knew of him. In total, this is actually two positive experiences. Thank you Greg & Dee!

Talked to me long enough to satisfy their Zillow contract, then never responded to my calls or emails. Very shallow and disconcerting behavior from "professionals".
