We used Mountain Valley Property Management for our last rental for about three years and had a great experience. Everything was easy to manage, from paying rent through the app to scheduling maintenance when needed. Anytime we had questions or needed help, the office staff was friendly and responsive. Overall, it was a really smooth and positive experience, and we would definitely recommend MVPM!

Terrible Property Management – Know Your Rights and Protect Yourself. This has been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. Maintenance is practically nonexistent — requests are either ignored for weeks or handled poorly when someone finally shows up. You’re often left to live with unresolved issues that management should be fixing. The biggest issue comes when you move out. No matter how clean you leave the place, even if you patch holes, paint, and deep clean, they will still charge you for anything they can — often unfairly. It feels like they're just looking for ways to keep your deposit. Important advice to fellow tenants: • Know your rights. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear. • Carpet damage? You're only responsible for repairing the damaged area, not repla
