Greenwood Townhomes Hoa

$300 a month HOA fee. No gardeners, jacuzzi don’t work exsterior rotting , paint from 1970 security gate barely works, night lights most don’t work, street signs from the 1970’s barely haging on. Club house not available. Being completely robbed by HOA $300a month for what, HOA robbery for townhomes not remodeled an build in the 70’s highway robbery.

Really bad if you are looking to buy a townhome please dont go there! Really bad people jane wich is the president and her boyfriend he's name is loui they do they own rules and damage the place because he works for the HOA , so they do whatever to keep more $ on their pockets, and he is trying to fight everyone for the job, thinking he is the best, and HOA not doing nothing about it, cameras dont work, jacuzzy dont work so you are paying 260 a month for what? Tom kelly wich is the property manager needs to go as well jane and loui, really bad place!!!!!!
