Greenwood Manor Apartments

Do not even apply for this apartment complex! Very rude and inconsiderate! Had me on a long hold in which I hung up to call back to be told by someone in the leasing office that I should call back later to speak to someone. Utterly unprofessional and a waste of time. Will never recommend anyone to this complex.

Very quiet and great place to live

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Horrible property manager, she’s rude and hates to be held accountable for hers and her staff’s incompetence. Terrible customer service/ attitude. Don’t even get me started on the ROACHES AND BUGS all up and through the property. Major health concerns. They don’t care about their tenants nor the health of anyone on the property. They know there’s an infestation of roaches, mice too, and they choose to ignore it. Instead they focus on cosmetics of how the property looks, repainting the parking lot and repainting doors as if there aren’t actual problems within units that need to be addressed. I’d give zero stars if I could. Do yourself a favor, live anywhere else but Greenwood Manor Apts!

Used to live here as a kid in the 80's(buildings 2341 & 2345), great spacious bedrooms... I was in one apartment on the bottom floor that had secret access to the laundry room from a master bedroom closet, used to be a swimming pool up top but now it has been covered up. The way to walk to the place is a way to burn some extra calories lol brings back so many memories though...

Rude Rental officers and unprofessional with business hours. Had a woman stare me down with a phone to her ear when I entered. I politely waited for her to finish her conversation and she instead stared me down as if I were interrupting her conversation. Then proceeds to tell me no one had spoken to me about an apartment the day before and that I couldn’t see the apartment I had asked to see because the maintenance person with the keys had just left for the day. This was at 2:45pm and they should not have been closing at such an early hour.
