We let criminals do it but not the good guys 🤣

These apartments are gross and horrible. First you need to know is that these apartments are infested with roaches🪳 they are everywhere, while you are sleeping they will climb on you we called them multiple times to come and called the roach company to spray and fix it. They recommended to us a company taccording to them would be able to fix our roach problem which was a lie they came sprayed a little but it never worked . Second the rent goes up every time you renew you lease. Third, the AC never work properly and when you put in a request to get you stuff fix the staff never come they come 2 days late. The toilet leaks sometimes along with the bathtub water also leaks when we taking a shower the people downstairs get the water since it leak. Fourth the pool is never open they excuse is

I've been here nearly 5 years front office staff is always friendly and helpful. When it comes to maintenance they really suck! It's been 2 weeks since I asked someone to check a leaking faucet in the bathroom , the water continuously drips and still no one came to check. Now I have mold once again. They are very lazy people. Change maintenance and maybe lower the price then it would make it an excellent place to stay.

I was a little hesitant about moving here because it is not exactly in a 5 star area and the reviews that I read were not great....but after being here for over 1 year, I am happy that I chose to move here. I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse with a fenced in back yard and only pay $1000 monthly....you cannot beat that. I did just renew my lease and they went up on me $30 but I can live with that. Everything was clean and new when I moved in from the flooring to the paint. Maintenance has always been quick to help with anything that I need and front office staff are super helpful....my AC broke a few months back and the very next day I got a whole new unit installed. I lived here for about 2 years. I am a college student, so the rent cost wasn't bad. I was very lucky to be able to get the apartment. I lived with a roommate, so the spacing was very convenient. Office representatives we're absolutely amazing, my only complain would be that the buildings were old. Walls and cabinets were worn out, and maintenance takes a while to complete your requests, along with repetitive problems, for instance our air conditioning kept leaking into our carpet and hallway. But overall, for my age and my financial stress at the moment, I got the best out of the situation. You get what you pay for. Definitely recommend this place for first timers in getting their own place who are not looking for any luxury. At the end of the day office representatives we're genuine and
