Greenway Trail Apartments

My experience with this apartment has been very disappointing from the start. I was told I’d be touring a two-bedroom, but when I arrived, only one-bedrooms were available. After being told later that a two-bedroom would open up, my lease was changed multiple times, and my move-in date was pushed back after signing because the keys weren’t ready. Four days after moving in, I had plumbing issues that still haven’t been resolved almost a week later. Although they offered temporary access to another unit’s bathroom, my apartment has been left covered in dust and plastic from drilling, making it feel unlivable. Overall, very unorganized and frustrating experience. Response to reply 2/12/2026: Thank you for your reply. I would greatly appreciate setting up a time to speak as soon as possible.

I had an amazing experience touring Greenway Trail Apartments, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I arrived, the community felt welcoming, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The area is quiet and the amenities truly stand out, everything feels modern, clean, and comfortable. What really made my visit exceptional was Jayela. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional throughout the entire tour. She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood every detail about the floor plans, amenities, and leasing process. Her warm personality made me feel genuinely welcomed, and her professionalism gave me complete confidence in the community. You can tell she truly cares about helping people find the right home. Been living here for 2wks now. Haven’t had not one issue. The property staff are professional, kind and understanding. The maintenance, is always on point! Fixed my problem in the apartment the very next day! Love my place, looks just like the pictures. Didn’t want to write this review, because I didnt want the word to get out about this amazing property and everyone start applying lol but if u do, it’s worth it!

This has to be the best new place to live in St. Louis . With new construction happening all around you can tell there are major things to come to this area and greenway trails in just the beginning. Staff is top notch and professional and I have to mention they have the best maintenance team around . Always getting any issue repaired quick , efficient and professional.

Check out the beautiful, newly renovated apartments! I can assure you a beautiful apartment (and the washer/dryer is included!). The experienced management truly cares about you. I can't say enough about the positive, recent changes. Run...don't walk. LA
