Kate Heaney was simply awesome! Through some tough circumstances my mother had to sell her home. Not being from that area I didn’t know what to expect for help. Kate exceeded any expectations. She helped us find someone local to plow the driveway because we couldn’t be there, she had great insight, and knowledge on the area and the surrounding homes. She was very patient with our timeline and availability, never ever being pushy or demanding and was super respondent when we had any type of questions or concerns. She guided us gracefully through the whole process. I can not thank her enough. If I ever sell my home or look for another I hope I’m lucky enough that Kate is in the area or she has a twin! I would highly recommend her to anyone, seeking or selling in the area. Thanks again Kate!

Upon moving in we had broken blinds, a missing window screen, bulbs were burnt out in ceiling lighting, cabinets were broken in the kitchen, there was a pre-existing ant problem. When contacting about the issues they sent someone out the next day... The maintenance crew actually took our light bulbs out of our lamps to fix the lighting. We were left without heat for nearly a week during winter, and I guess the common sense of scheduling automatic oil deliveries is above them because not even weeks later our water heater's oil tank ran dry and we were without hot water for two days. If you're staying at one of their smaller properties, hope for a light winter, because the odds of them sending a truck to remove snow from your lot are slim to none without a reminder. I have rented from this company for 2 years, one year at 51 Main st and 1 year at 100 Emerald st. As a college student it was a great choice to rent from Greenwald. My first year (51 main st in 2021-2022) I paid $725 for a studio apartment on the 3rd floor. It came with everything included except electeicity and wifi and it was $300 to park for the year. At the other residence (100 Emerald st in 2022-2023) I paid $1,100 for a 2 bedroom with myself and my girlfriend, we each paid $550 for rent, which included everything except wifi, (yes electricity was included in rent) parking is also $300 for the year here too. At 100 Emerald Street there is a laundromat right next to the building with plenty of washers and dryers, including 4 industrial size washers. The maintenance crew is professional

We have been renting from Greenwald Realty about 4 years now. I LOVE IT. It's amazing how RESPONSIVE they are to us when we need something fixed, which is seldom! Clean, decent neighbors, close to downtown. Never moving! !

DONT EVER RENT WITH ED! This man is one of the worst landlords i've ever had. Did not respond to texts, did not fix anything that wasn't working (even before we moved in), and tried to take more than the security deposit when moving out. Blamed tenants for damage that was there before moving in. Any repairs that needed to be made due to natural ware and tear was exaggerated and details were completely incorrect. This man will lie to you and pretend to care, then try to take as much money as possible when you try to move out. Not to mention his "guys" that he has fix his house don't know what they're doing, and half the time don't even show up. Stay away from Ed W.
