If I could 0 I would. These people are content on being slumlords and not living up to promises. There are so many maintenance issues you will never have a break from dealing with them. When maintenance comes dont count on them actually fixing anything because it will happen again in a couple days. Make sure you record your conversations with them and follow up with emails and texts. Do not trust them with putting notes in your file. This place is disgusting and not worth a look or even a glance. These apts are infested with roaches. Your apartment will have multiple floods and no hot water many times and its not their concern. Worst place to live, it’s been 6 months that we don’t have cold water, you can’t wash dishes or even take a bath water is so hot that my family must use a bucket to take shower, bathtub is old and nasty we asked them to replace it they said no, infested with bugs, management in the offices never open and never respond, they try to tow my vehicle as a truck driver I had to call a friend to move it and park it at his house why I’m paying rent if I can’t even park my car at the property. NEVER NEVEEEERRR LEASE HERE. As a veteran I’m expecting more respect and a good service I’m not in a war zone anymore. Can’t wait to end my lease in October.

Fortunately we have found a good and decent place to live for almost 3 years now. Good pricing for a very spacious apartment, clean, and noiseless. The neighbors are nice and there is no excessive noise or anything outrageous going on. The management is amazing and very efficient every maintenance report has been attended quickly and efficiently. Great communication when it comes to the office and my daughters, husband I are simply happy. Thank you Yesica for your great customer service!

Poor Management. Work order after work order and no progress. They wouldn't give me no information to the owner. I wouldn't recommend anybody to live here.

UPDATE: RAY THE MAINTENANCE MAN IS WONDERFUL!!!!! Been here for 3.5 years. I personally have not had a roach problem, with the exception of the one or two wanderers which I believe came in through my open door during the nicer nights outside. My apartment was IMMACULATE when i moved in. Everything works and is in like-new condition. If my door is shut i do not hear any outside noise. My neighbors all keep to themselves and no one bothers each other. The kids do play in the courtyard and can get a little noisy but they are kids, so what can ya do. Office staff are extremely helpful and kind. But good luck with parking. I think that every apartment should have at least one designated spot. It could be a nightmare.
