Greenville on 141 Apartments & Townhomes

Although they remain probably one of the cheapest apartment complexes in Delaware, they are still asking too much for rent considering the square footage of the units. There is also absolutely no closest space provided, except in the bedrooms and where the water heater is. We moved in December of 2021, and although they claim the carpet was changed from the previous tenants, we truly do not believe it was. The railing on the stairs was not even painted and the paint on the front door was peeling and terrible. You could legit see 4 different colors/layers of the paint on the door and the door had been painted over so many times you couldn't even see out of the peephole because they went over that with a paint brush as well. My experience has been overall a good one at Greenville apartments. The grounds are kept up, the area is clean and I love that we have access to various pools at other communities. It is also quiet and peaceful!

12/11/2025 - I just love you guys! Thank you. and once again You didn’t disappoint. I had a small emergency flood this morning and you were here within 15 minutes. My maintenance guy was super nice and assured me it will be fixed and off to work I went. I have been here 3 years and just love it here. You are all so above the rest. I have read other apartment location reviews and They are just horrible. People live by reviews now days. It’s hard to get 3 star reviews let alone higher. Greenville is always 4 stars and above. It's a good place to live in, However my unit walls were dirty when I move in also the main door was having a lot of rust and dirt on the frame and I call and email the office many times about it, Finally the came but they didn't finish all what I asked for, They only paint the main door, Other than that nothing from what I requested is done .
