GreenView East

To be honest, I think The new management is actually doing a great job. It’s a completely different change from the old management for the first time in three years. I actually talked with the PROPERTY MANAGER I believe for the The residents of the property should maybe give them a bit more grace and I must say they are getting things done. Now the roaches are out of control, but I can say they are dependable.

GreenView East is a good apartment complex. I lived there for two years. It wasn’t bad at all you know they had previous managers. They did what they did but the new manager are here now they are very welcoming their understanding they communicate and they are good.i recommend GreenView East if you want a nice space apartment.

They got new management and they’re worse than the old management nothing ever gets fixed. They keep closing out maintenance request and put they completed them. They don’t ever have pest control come out, not even sure if they have one and if they do say they have one and they go to your apartment that’s a lie.

Roaches is everywhere. They don’t fix anything I have been here for 2 years and I have a 2 bed 2 bath and one of my toilets still isn’t fixed. My air hadn’t been working for months now. Then they keep trying to go up on rent. It’s unreasonable pricing here. Then the gate is always broken. The staff don’t work for real and they just not attentive. And they always changing management.

The new management here is a joke! You put in work orders they “tell maintenance” to come and that never happens. Work orders they just sits there for months.Old maintenance was bad to but they actually did fix stuff unlike the new management. I would do zero stars if I could! Also lots of roaches and spiders!
